In the designer, you can easily create your own surveys, ranging from simple to highly advanced. You will have easy access to almost everything you need, and with a brief introduction, you'll quickly get comfortable in a user-friendly interface.
Here, you can customize your own appearance and find several interactive question types designed for mobile use and advanced logic. Most features are accessible from the user interface, and if you need more, you can control many aspects with HTML, JavaScript, and CSS. You can also easily distribute your surveys via email or SMS. Advanced quota management is included as well.
With a simple drag-and-drop interface, the analysis module in the platform has become popular among all our users. Here, you can create professional basic analyses—just like the ones you typically receive from institutes.
You can generate tables with significance testing, sorting, filtering, and much more. Export the results to Excel or Word easily. You can also create graphics and export them directly to PowerPoint using your own templates. There are interesting target group analyses with printing and filtering of open responses. In other words, you’ll have much of what you need to uncover the "secrets" in your surveys.
And an extra perk: If you have any previous SPSS files, you can use our import wizard to bring in your existing data for analysis and perform the same analyses with it.
Often, there's a need to prepare data before bringing it into analysis, which is why it’s quite unique that our platform integrates four key tools for this purpose. Here, you can do almost everything you need in a seamless and integrated process.
Some tasks are very simple, while others may require a bit of training, but if it becomes too difficult, we can assist you with that as well.
An important point to note is that, unlike other comparable systems, you don’t need to export to other programs (e.g., SPSS) to perform these operations. Everything is seamlessly integrated with data collection and analysis.
You will likely often need to share data with other stakeholders, both inside and outside your organization. That's why we’ve included what we call a "PIN board," where you can distribute the tables and graphics you create in your analysis. Additionally, you can freely add images and text to supplement these. If the PIN board is created for a survey that is currently in the field, the data will be updated continuously.
The links to the presentation can be open, or, as the name suggests, they can be protected by a PIN code that you create and distribute.
